It’s important to conditioning your body to perform the physical demands that dance entails, with the least risk and possibility of injury. Helping to improve overall ability by developing strength, flexibility, coordination and physical endurance, our conditioning class is a wonderful addition to help take your dancing to the next level!
WHAT TO WEAR?
It’s important to select clothing that is more form fitting. A dancer’s body lines need to be visible, so baggy clothes are less than ideal. Tights and leotards are encouraged, however form-fitting tank tops, t-shirts and pants also work well. Indoor sneakers are also a good addition for certain parts of class. .
